What is your delivery area?
We deliver to Greater Birmingham and surrounding suburbs. Our service area includes, but is not limited to:
Alabaster, Bessemer, Birmingham, Calera, Center Point, Chelsea, Cullman, Fairfield, Forestdale, Gardendale, Homewood, Helena, Hoover, Hueytown, Irondale, Jasper, Leeds, McCalla, Mountain Brook, Moody, Pelham, Pell City, Pinson, Pleasant Grove, Sylacauga, Trussville, and Vestavia Hills.
*Additional areas may be serviced for an extra fee (if more than 15-mile outside the Birmingham area an additional service fee will apply)

Do you charge for delivery?
$25 standard set-up fee for the Birmingham metro area. Additional fees may apply for locations outside this area.
How long can I keep my rentals?
Our inflatable jumpers are available for the duration of your party, up to 8 hours. For residential deliveries, this time may be extended at no extra charge.
What time will my rental be delivered and picked up?
- Public Venues (e.g., churches, event centers)
Deliveries are scheduled 60-90 minutes before your event starts. Pickups occur immediately after your event ends.

Deliveries are completed before noon, starting as early as 7 am. Pickups begin at sunset unless otherwise specified. If your event extends past sundown, prior approval is required. Pickup times may vary depending on our schedule.
**When reserving, please indicate your event’s start and end times in the notes section. We do our best to accommodate your needs.
Must I be present for delivery?
Yes. The person who made the reservation must be present to review the rental agreement, and safety rules, and approve unit placement.
If you’d like to authorize someone else, please let us know in advance so we can update the contract. Once the equipment is set up, it may not be moved by the customer. An additional fee will apply if the equipment needs to be relocated.
Is your party equipment clean?
Absolutely! All bounce houses are thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and sanitized with kid-friendly cleaners before each rental.
Can I have my rental at a park or forest preserve?
Yes! Many parks and forest preserves require a permit for inflatables. Please contact the park or preserve for approval and let them know you plan to have a bounce house. (Additional $50 charge fee-if generator is needed)
*If your event location does not have an accessible electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup area, a generator rental will be required.
Generator rental: $50 each (includes fuel for up to 8 hours of use). You will need to rent one generator per bounce house.
How much space is needed for an inflatable jumper?
We require a minimum of 2 feet of clearance on all sides. The setup area must be free from overhanging hazards such as branches or power lines.
What type of surface is needed?
We can set up on grass, pavement, or indoors. The area must be flat and clear of debris, trash, sticks, pet waste, rocks, etc. If you have an in-ground sprinkler system, please turn it off before setup.
What type of power is required?
Each blower requires a 120V, 20-amp, dedicated circuit within 100 feet of the inflatable. No other devices should share this outlet during operation. If a dedicated circuit is unavailable, we can provide a portable generator for an additional fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Cash App and Venmo.
Credit card payments can be made on our website.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
You can cancel at any time by calling (205) 615-3166.
6. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund (minus $50 deposit)
Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, but you may apply your payment as a credit toward a future rental within 6 months, subject to availability.
What are the safety rules?
- Adult supervision is required at all times.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of children indicated on the safety rules.
- Group children by age, size, or height.
- No shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, toys, food, drinks, gum, candy, confetti, or silly string inside the bounce house.
- No wrestling, tumbling, flipping, or climbing on the netting/walls.
- No pets, water, or fire near the bounce house.
- Do not move the bounce house from its setup location.
- Keep children away from the blower and rear of the unit.
- The renter is responsible for the safety and conduct of all participants and must ensure all supervisors understand the safety rules.
