Terms & Conditions:

1. Rental Fee & Deposit:
- Total Rental Fee: $_________
- Booking Deposit: $___50__non-refundable deposit to secure your date, with the remaining due 48 hrs. before delivery)
-Payment is due in full before delivery.

2. Delivery & Setup:
- Kingdom Jump will deliver, set up, and pick up all equipment.
- Customer must ensure a clear, safe area for setup (free of debris, sharp objects, pet waste, etc.).
- Setup area must be within 100 feet of a standard electrical outlet.

-If your event location does not have an accessible electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup area, a generator rental will be required.

Generator rental: $50 each (includes fuel for up to 8 hours of use). You will need to rent one generator per bounce house.

3 Safety Rules:
- Adult supervision is required at all times while equipment is in use.
- No shoes, food, drinks, gum, or sharp objects allowed inside the bounce house.
- No flips, wrestling, or rough play.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of children/adults or weight limit posted on the equipment.
- Do not use the bounce house during rain, high winds, or other hazardous weather.

4. Customer Responsibilities:
- Customer is responsible for any damage to equipment due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow rules.
- Customer agrees to keep all pets away from the equipment.
- Customer will not move or attempt to relocate the bounce house after setup.

5. Liability Waiver:

Customer acknowledges that use of the bounce house involves inherent risks. By signing below, Customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Kingdom Jump, its owners, and employees from any and all liability, claims, or actions resulting from injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the rental period.

6. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund (minus $50 deposit)
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, but you may apply your payment as a credit toward a future rental within 6 months, subject to availability.

*Weather Exception: If cancellation is due to inclement weather, you may reschedule your event or receive a rain check for a future date within 6 months. Otherwise, payments are non-refundable for cancellations made within 40 hours.

7. Cleaning & Damage:
- Equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
- Excessive cleaning or damage will result in additional charges, deducted from the security deposit.
